By signing up for this event the Participant (Including the additional guest if selected) AGREE(s) to the following terms as a condition to their participation in this event. PARTICIPANT(S) AGREE to hold Auza Li International, LLC., it’s instructors, agents, officers, assistants, representatives, and all others (collectively “Releasees”) HARMLESS should an accident, or even death, occur during this event due to the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, and further promise not to levy any suits associated with this event and/or as a result of any and all harm that may come to the Participant(s). Furthermore, you understand that food AND beverages will be provided to the Participant and that it is the PARTICIPANT’S responsibility to disclose the Releasees with information regarding any food allergies related to the PARTICIPANT in writing prior to coming to this event. You AGREE AND UNDERSTAND that all payments shall be processed 2 days prior to the event. Once a payment has been processed there will be NO REFUNDS.
