How to Put on your Gi and Tie your Belt

Hello everyone,

We wanted to take the chance and share with you a couple of instructional videos about how to tie your belt and put on your uniform properly.  Remember that wearing your full uniform is an important part of us training in the Martial Arts.  It shows respect for our place of training, plus it gets students into their “training mindset”.  Wearing a half uniform and USSD T-Shirt is allowed from May 1st until October 1st of each year, and in separate days when the weather is really hot.  However, most of the year you should wear your full outfit, as well as during special events and testing.
